MBM was engaged to support Health Infrastructure NSW on the Hornsby Ku-Ring-Gai Hospital Redevelopment (Stage 2 and 2A) through a full suite of cost management services.
The Hornsby Ku-Ring-Gai Hospital redevelopment is a multistage project delivering critical clinical and outpatient services for the expanding Hornsby Shire area overseen by Health Infrastructure, North Shore Local Health District, and Hornsby Hospital. The brownfield project deliverables included the demolition of existing buildings, decanting and temporary accommodation for hospital staff, building new split-level car parking to meet the hospital’s forecasted demand, and site infrastructure works.
MBM provided cost planning, cost reporting, cashflow forecasts, pre-tender estimates, in addition to post contract services including variation and progress claim assessment for the Main Works Tower during Stage 2 and 2A. Our team also supplied Bills of Quantities (BoQ), an ECI tender review, and negotiation services for the Stage 2A Building.
